I am very excited to announce that I have taken on several new adventures!
First, we have relocated to Ottawa Ontario, and are very happy to be serving this community.
Second, I have begun post-graduate studies in Counselling Psychology. This commitment has taken me away from some activities (such as blogging regularly); however, regular coaching services are still in full-swing. I am excited to be expanding my knowledge and scope of practice to include psychotherapy and counselling, which will likely be official in summer 2021!
While I may not be as active on the blog site, I welcome your questions and encourage you to get in touch!
