My work with clients is holistic and grounded in the understanding that mental, physical, and social well‑being are deeply interconnected. I take time to develop treatment plans that honour each person’s goals, circumstances, strengths, and challenges.
I help clients who struggle with people pleasing, emotional regulation, connecting with loved ones, mood issues, and mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. I practice through a person‑centred, integrative lens, drawing on evidence‑based and trauma‑informed approaches. These include EMDR, Polyvagal Therapy, parts work (such as Internal Family Systems and Structural Dissociation Theory), and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
When you work with me, you get a partnership. We assess and develop a holistic understanding of your unique strengths, abilities and challenges to well-being. I take a biopsychosocial approach to developing this understanding, which emphasizes the importance of considering all aspects of identity, experience and background. We then create a personalized wellness plan customized to your unique needs and circumstances. I guide you through the process of discovering your priorities and carving away distractions and obstacles. I support you as you experiment, learn and perfect YOUR path to wellness.
My services are trauma-informed and inclusive. I integrate evidence-based coaching, counselling and body-based techniques into my work with clients. My focus is on enabling effective, growth-promoting behaviour change that honours the inter-connectedness of mind and body. I have postgraduate education in counselling psychology, adapted physical activity, and a certified health and wellness coach.
